Accountancy firm’s hard work adds up to a star prize

AN ACCOUNTANCY firm has been awarded the 2013 Rising Star Award. Lawrence & Co based in College Road, Harrow, was presented with the 2013 AVN Rising Star Award, at the AVN National Accountants Conference in Birmingham on June 27.
They were given the prize because they have made ‘significant progress in providing outstanding customer service, developing effective systems, being a great place to work and making a commitment to the community or charity work, as well as being a successful local business’.
A partner of Lawrence & Co, Jay Chatwani said: “We are absolutely over the moon about receiving the award. This will hopefully be one of many. Receiving the award has given us a real steer to achieve more things, and all of the staff are delighted.”
