I have been very happy with the customer service provided by Jay and Olga. I had the opportunity to come into the office and discuss my figures with Jay. Olga has been very quick at responding to my emails and has dealt with questions and changes, that had to be implemented, efficiently and professionally – so I felt well looked-after knowing that my all concerns were being addressed promptly. I look forward to working with her (and Lawrence & Co) in the future.
