What do I do at Lawrence & Co?

My role in the firm is to be the main administrator to ensure the smooth running of the firm. Some of my duties include:

a) answering the telephone and greeting clients;

b) assisting client managers to onboard new clients and carrying out various tasks such as preparing engagement letters, applying to HMRC for Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) numbers, applying for VAT registration and entering client standing data onto our digital records; 

c) preparing / renewing our firm’s Fixed Price Agreements (FPAs) with clients and keeping track of them all; 

d) raising monthly invoices and sending these to clients on time;

d) carrying out Anti Money Laundering checks for new and existing clients;

e) sending weekly statements for outstanding fees to clients and 

f) carrying out many other ad-hoc administrative duties.

I speak fluent Gujarati.
